Chattanooga Gas named a “Most Trusted Utility Brand” among residential customers

This is the third consecutive year Chattanooga Gas has received this distinction

Chattanooga, Tenn. – July 11, 2024 – Chattanooga Gas has been recognized as a 'Most Trusted Utility Brand' among U.S. residential customers for a third year in a row by Escalent, a leading advisory firm specializing in human behavior and data analytics. Escalent also named Chattanooga Gas among residential utilities that is “Easiest to do Business With” in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, Chattanooga Gas was named a Residential and Business Customer Champion in 2023.

Escalent surveyed approximately 60,000 customers from the country’s 140 largest electric, natural gas and natural gas/electric companies. Utilities were scored in key areas including safety, reliability, reputation, customer service, and environmental focus.
