Commercial energy efficiency condensing boiler rebates include: $500 for the installation of a new natural gas condensing boiler with a TE rating of 90% or higher and MBH of less than 300, $1,500 for the installation of a new natural gas condensing boiler with a TE rating of 90% or higher and MBH of 300-499, $2,500 for the installation of a new natural gas condensing boiler with a TE rating of 90% or higher and MBH of 500-999, $3,500 for the installation of a new natural gas condensing boiler with a TE rating of 90% or higher and MBH of 1,000-1,700, or $4,500 for the installation of a new natural gas condensing boiler with a TE rating of 90% or higher and MBH of 1,701-2,500.
